
Two years of co-financing for tuition fees for a second Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Since the 2012-2013 academic year, students wishing to obtain a second Bachelor’s or Master’s degree have had to pay more. They are no longer eligible for paying the legally set tuition fees, but have to pay the ‘institute tuition fees’. This sum is much higher than the legally set tuition fees and can amount to as much as € 9,000 per year!

Since June 1 2013, the daily wage for unemployment (WW) benefit has been set in a different way. The daily wage is used as the basis for calculating the amount of benefit.

The Omscholingsregeling has an Omscholing Dancers group on Facebook, so that dancers and retrained dancers can link up with one another.

Interesting news
On Prinsjesdag, it was announced that the State Secretary for Culture, Halbe Zijlsta, has added an extra sum to the dance subsidies, to cover various conditions of employment, including the Omscholingsregeling Dansers.
