Complaints Service

In case you are not satisfied with our company or the way the Omscholingsregeling is executed please contact the office. Please follow the next steps:

1. Contact us by phone (+ 31 (0)20 341 96 23). We may be able to resolve the issue immediately or there may be a misunderstanding.

2. In case the phone call does not lead to a satisfactory solution please send a letter reporting the complaint to:

Naturally the complaints procedure does not rule out any legal procedures. You can still present your case to a court if you wish to do so. You can find more information about our complaints procedure in the ODN regulations.
